Agreement to Terms

By using firebins.com or renting a dumpster from Fire Bins, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our site or services.

Our Services

Fire Bins provides roll-off dumpster rentals for residential, commercial, and construction projects across the Michiana region, including delivery, pickup, and disposal of accepted materials.

Dumpster Rental Terms

Rental Period

Standard rentals run 3 or 7 days. If you need more time, contact us before your pickup date and we’ll arrange an extension or a swap. Extra days may add to your total.

Placement & Access

You’re responsible for choosing a safe, legal, accessible spot for the dumpster and for making sure the area is clear on delivery and pickup day. We’re not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, curbs, or surfaces caused by normal placement and removal, though we always take care.

Permits

If your city or HOA requires a permit to place a dumpster on a street or public area, getting that permit is your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Weight & Included Tonnage

Each dumpster includes a set amount of weight. Loads over the included tonnage are billed at the overage rate quoted at booking. Please keep material level with the top rail, overfilled or unsafe loads cannot be hauled and may require reloading.

Prohibited Items

For safety and legal reasons, the following may not go in our dumpsters:

• Hazardous waste, chemicals, solvents, and oil
• Wet paint, lacquers, and stains
• Batteries, tires, and propane tanks
• Asbestos and contaminated soil
• Electronics, appliances with refrigerant, and medical waste

If you’re unsure about an item, text us a photo and we’ll let you know. Prohibited items found in a load may result in additional fees.

Pricing & Payment

Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us. Your final price reflects the actual size, rental length, weight, and any extra services. Payment is due as outlined at booking. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

Cancellations & Changes

Need to cancel or reschedule? Let us know as early as possible. Same-day cancellations after a truck has been dispatched may be subject to a trip fee.

Liability & Indemnification

You agree to use the dumpster safely and lawfully, and to hold Fire Bins harmless from claims arising out of your use, the contents you load, or placement on your property.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fire Bins’ total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Website Use

The content on firebins.com is owned by Fire Bins. Please don’t copy, scrape, or reuse it without our permission.

Third-Party Links

Our site may link to other websites and booking tools. We’re not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Indiana, and you waive the right to participate in a class action, except where prohibited by law.

Force Majeure

We aren’t liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as weather, road closures, equipment failure, or supply issues.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in full effect.
